Stranded in the Brazilian jungle after their bus careens off the road, a group of backpackers meets a seemingly friendly local who offers to take them to a safe spot to wait for a ride. The spot, however, is anything but safe and the travellers find themselves the targets of a gruesome organ harvesting ring. Can they escape with all of their bits and pieces intact?
