| Video Plays The Same Frame: |
Mpeg files are large (10-40 MB) in size. You must download the MPEG file in its
entirety before you can start viewing. Depending on your connection speed, it may take
as long as 10 minutes to download the MPEG file. Netscape and Internet Explorer users
can save the videos with the right side mouse button or "right click" button.
Right Click then select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" . Once you
have downloaded the video just double click on it and it will play perfectly.

| Video Seems Too Short: |
Some users may find their cache settings prevent them from viewing
the entire length of the video. You can increase the size
of the cache to 30 Meg but the best solution is to simply
download and save videos. Netscape and Internet Explorer users
can save the videos with the right side mouse button or "right click" button.
Right Click then select "Save Target As" or
"Save Link As" . Once you
have downloaded the video just double click on it and it will play perfectly. |

| Download Managers: |
| We have NO problem with people using Download Managers but because there
are so many variations we cannot offer support for them. If your download
manager was run and then you could no longer access the videos it is because your download
manager uses a "Proxy" or because it was not configured to provided a username
and password when asked by our server. Download Managers ARE destructive when
used incorrectly so we had to take safe guards to prevent them from causing damage. Adjust your download manager so it does NOT use a proxy and CAN provide the correct
username and password when requested by our server. In 15 minutes the server will
allow you access again. You may need to reboot your PC prior to trying again. |
