Nude Celebs: Poppy Montgomery - Television's annual pat on the back was fairly boring and uneventful this year. FOX tried to rev things up by having several comedians do bits instead of going with just one host, but it just meant that no one could get any momentum going. There were few surprises in the awards, except for an emotional Tony Shaloub (Antonio from 'Wing') who took home a trophy for USA Network's 'Monk'.
