The H.E.A.T. is based in a beach fashion boutique in the Westin, a luxury hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which houses the pulse of the operation - a communication center and their cover. The H.E.A.T. team travels to a host of exotic tropical locales throughout Mexico, the Carribbean and South America on assignment combating injustices and international terrorists.
In Million Dollar Ladies, Catherine Oxenberg gets herself abducted by a white slavery ring specializing in lovely young women. The H.E.A.T. team must track her down and liberate both their teammate and several captives, but not before Oxenberg figures out which one of her co-hostages is in on the game. Million Dollar Ladies also stars series regular Alison Armitage as well as guest star Angela Visser better known as Miss Universe, 1989.
