Nude Celebs: Tawny Kitaen - Long before he was winning Oscars for “serious” roles, Tom Hanks was yucking it up as a big-screen comedian, and Bachelor Party is perhaps one of the most charismatic performances he’s turned in during his long and distinguished career. While the movie is crass, brash and at times frightfully amoral, it’s also wickedly funny, powered mostly by Hanks’s and Adrian Zmed’s winning turns.
For those not up on the storyline, Hanks is a goofy, fun-loving bachelor about to exchange his wild single days for married life with nice rich girl Tawny Kitain. But their union isn’t without it’s share of hitches; most notably it’s opposed by Kitain’s wealthy and snobbish father, and her preppy ex-beau. When word leaks out that Hanks’s wild buddies are going to throw him a bachelor party, Kitain forces her man to promises her he’ll be a good boy – a promise his opposition want to ensure he breaks.
The party itself is one of the most insane to ever hit the silver screen, with a belly dancer shimmying up to a donkey, drugs of all types lining countertops, beer cans flying everywhere and more hookers than can be counted. This doesn’t even include the various shenanigans involving hanging people out windows, a penis being served as a hot dog to Hanks’s soon-to-be mother-in-law, and a girl-on-girl act that mistakenly ends up at a frou-frou bridal shower (starring great sports Rosanna Katon and Dani Douthette.)
This movie is a ton of fun, and that’s not even including some of the finer moments turned in by Tawny Kitain, Angela Aames (who, sadly passed away at only 32 years-old in 1988), Monique Gabrielle, and Toni Alessandrini. Very funny stuff and highly recommended!
