From Spanish director Bigas Luna (Jamon Jamon) comes a compelling and heartfelt drama about a French foundry worker who wins a trip to England to see the famed liner set off on its ill-fated maiden voyage. His chance (and unconsummated) encounter with a maid the night before the ship sails is turned by him into a passionate, romantic tale that makes him a celebrity.
