The controversial first single and video from Christina Aguilera's second album, Stripped, Dirrty didn't make a splash on U.S. radio charts, but David LaChapelle's video certainly shocked audiences who weren't ready for a more raw and decidely less clothed Christina. The video is an announcement of sexual independence and features a combatitive Christina in a boxing ring filled with men cheering her on. Converse to the popular urban male fantasy upheld by countless rap videos that show men surrounded by a bevy of scantily clothed ho's, Christina's video shows her in control of her sex, and the men suberviant to her power.
