PURCHASE THE DVD: Dirt (2007)

Courtney Cox Arquette stars as the editor of a gossip rag who does whatever it takes to get the big scoop, while Ian Hart is the scizophrenic photographer who is her most reliable reporter. The premise is a good one and promises a steady supply of drama while watching the rich and famous twist in the wind. It's a slickly produced drama and the acting is very good, but they need to work harder at making the characters relatable on some level to make this hsow take off.
