PURCHASE THE DVD: Forbidden Desires (2006)

This is one of Mainline Releasing Group's compilation movies, this time packaging a number of scenes from the late-night cable series Kama Sutra. And what's not to love about these compilations? Here you're served up some of softcore erotica's best stars without the pretense of plot or even many dialogue scenes! Yes, there's some nonsense filler about the producers of an erotic television discussing some of the series' highlights, but that just sets you up for three new, shot on video and cheaply-produced sex scenes starring this movie's credited cast of Tabitha Stevens, Angela Davies and Susan Hale. If you're interested in the origins of the rest of the scenes and the credited cast therein, below is a handy guide. Again, all of the scenes are culled from the daftly named 2000 cable series Kama Sutra which has nothing to do with the Eastern art of lovemaking, but rather was just an excuse to get some very nice looking actresses out of their clothes! Unfortunately, an official DVD release of the series is unlikely, so compilation movies such as these become a goldmine for fans of the genre - especially when the producers leave the scenes largely intact with the original soundtrack.
