Nude Celebs: Rebecca Romijn - One plot twist in the later part of this 2004 Sci-Fi/Horror film doesn't save it from the lack of both: Sci-Fi and horror. There's just way too little of either.
When a couple's eight year old is killed in an accident, the wife's old college professor comes forward with an offer to clone him. Things go fine for the first eight years, then the replacement son starts "remembering" things about a child the parents don't even know.
This movie is a typical case of sntatching defeat from the jaws of victory. A good cast and decent premise, along with a nice plot twist, just couldn't save a badly written story that died during the last twenty minutes, and had a non-existing ending.
They'd have been better off to have stretched Rebecca Romijn-Stamos' love scene to an hour.
