Directed and co-written by Mike Figgis (Leaving Las Vegas), this quirky thriller focuses on an English movie unit's attempts to film a big screen adaptation of the play "The Duchess of Malfi" at a run-down Venetian hotel. While the Brits are followed by a sleazy documentarian and her helpers, both crews become caught up in a series of strange occurrences that result in cannibalism, madness and death.
