PURCHASE THE DVD: Inside Out: Dogs Playing Poker (1992)

Inside Out was a curious member of the late-night cable TV circuit. Produced by Playboy enterprises in the early 1990’s, the series of 15-minute erotic vignettes gave many future big name talents their first shot at writing and directing including Alexander Payne (Sideways, About Schmidt) and Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, Tears of the Sun).

In Dogs Playing Poker, an art dealer high gets involved in a poker game during which a high stakes poker player's wife is put up as a bet. Given that the wife is played by gorgeous one-timer Cary La Salle, it's assumed somebody won her and never let her make another movie again, much to the chagrin of softcore audiences everwhere.
