Inside Out was a curious member of the late-night cable TV circuit. Produced by Playboy enterprises in the early 1990’s, the series of 15-minute erotic vignettes gave many future big name talents their first shot at writing and directing including Alexander Payne (Election, About Schmidt) and Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, Tears of the Sun).
In My Better Half, a misogynist who claims he’s going to give up women completely suddenly meets the perfect woman: a manifestation of his own feminine side. It’s safe to say there’d be a lot more sensitive men out there getting in touch with their feminine sides if they all looked like Marie Chambers!
