Because Posse left so many unanswered questions, Mario Van Peebles came back to make this direct-to-cable sequel. This time Chance is hanging out with a bunch of mental patients -- literal mental patients. Actually, it's not as bad as it could have been, but I think there's a reason this one's no longer available on video or DVD. Oh well, guess there'll be no Posse III.
