Nude Celebs: Tracy Smith - A mismash of 80's action movies and 80's horror films, you would have expected Mr. Hell to have come out in 1987 from Cannon films. And since it was produced about 20 years later, the audience may have moved on. Too bad, because this fun mixture of camp and craziness has some good points as it tells the story of a body swamping evil soul that returns to a bio-weapons facility just in time to complicate the plans of a group of mercenaries (led by Tracy Scoggins in a short skirt) attempting to steal a vial of the next plague.
Wrongly painted as a just plain "bad" film, Mr. Hell is rather low budget, but features some excellent FX and stunt work while skimping somewhat on the side of acting. It also features cutie Tracy Smith in a role with only a single line: "You are fucking with the wrong fuckers!" If you're only going to be in only one movie and have only one line, you can't possibly do better than that!
