In the wake of a young girl's suicide, the victim's friends begin receiving emails that discuss the end of the world and cause anyone who reads them to fall into a deep depression. As the only one who hasn't opened the message, Emily (Kristen Bell, of "Veronica Mars") remains alive and well. But can she stop the virus's spread and prevent those she loves from killing themselves? Ian Somerhalder ("Lost") and singer Christina Milian co-star.
Maybe it's the lack of gore, or the lack of drama, or really the lack of anything happening, but this movie is boring. Since it's never really clear what the big deal or the huge threat is, it's hard to get all worked up about it. Hopefully this will be the end of the Japanese horror ripoffs.
