Nude Celebs: Christine Lakin - Showtime produced this version of the Off-Broadway musical based on the 1936 anti-pot flick originally called Tell Your Children. The original flick has taken on legendary proportions and was ripe for the picking and fortunatly the producers of the movie (the same creaters of the stage show) hit all the right notes. Alan Cumming is very funny in his many roles (Narrator, FDR) and Kristen Bell proves once again she's got a big future ahead of her. Christian Campbell is looking a little old to pass as a high school student, but the real standout is Robert Torti playing Jesus in a dream sequence. The musical numbers work really well if you like that sort of thing. It's not quite as off the wall as Rocky Horror, but it's in the same vein and more accessable. Definitely recommended.
