Premarital sex has been rendered illegal by the executive order of President George Shrub, and it's up to detective John Honeysuckle (John Paul Fedele) to enforce the rule of law. When an outbreak of illegal commingling plagues the city, Honeysuckle teams up with the gorgeous Katrina Lightbody (A.J. Khan) in an effort to nail--um, that is, arrest--the bad boys and girls.
