PURCHASE THE DVD: Steve + Sky (2004)
Steve is a small time crook just out of jail when he meets Sky. Sky is a prostitute, but she is also very naive, and looking for love. This 2004 romance/drama from Belgium explores their strange and often dysfunctional relationship.
Steve wants no part in a relationship, yet finds himself strangely drawn to the girl. Sky knows he's trouble, but she can't help herself. Their love story is as weird as the people themselves.
This is a strange movie, but it is very interesting nevertheless. The movie was fascinating, and the characters compelling. Even with sub-titles, I enjoyed it. Just remember, it's totally weird.
