Nude Celebs: Marilyn Chambers - In the early-to-mid 90's, porn impresario Marilyn Chambers stepped away from in front of the camera, entering into a softcore production deal with a company called Private Screenings. The later of these productions unfortunately were nothing more than "Marilyn Chambers' Presents" video compilations and were anything but original productions; instead just a series of slapdash softcore scenes featuring moments culled from countless other, earlier compilations. The Best of Marilyn Chambers Book One is one of those mid-90's "efforts," and what's most upsetting about the collection isn't that the scenes are sub-par - because for the most part, they're pretty great - but rather that NO ONE is properly credited! Thus culling through such a collection is a identification test of 80's and 90's-era Penthouse Pets and softcore talent.
In this particular collection, you'll see scenes from previous Private Screenings productions such as Marilyn Chambers Wet and Wild and Marilyn Chambers Edible Delights (among many others), and while there are at least two Unknown Best of Marilyn Chambers Girls, there is plenty of recognizable talent including Taylor St. Clair, Julie Ashton, Isis Nile, Kaylan Nicole, Julia Parton and, in a few chaste, quickly edited scenes, Ms. Marilyn Chambers herself. Additionally, you'll catch some nice moments from lesser known starlets like Tyra Smith, Cody Carmack and the positively gorgeous Susan Napoli.
You're not likely to run into this collection beyond seeing it on various shady Video-On-Demand websites or re-run on late night pay cable stations, but it's worth adding to any softcore fan's collection in lieu of actually tracking down the original compilations for which many of these scenes were produced.
