Zalman King directed this artsy, erotic 1990 flick about a naive young lawyer (Carre Otis) who travels to Rio on a business trip and finds herself in a series of erotic situations. Mickey Rourke was at the height of his powers as the drifter she falls for and it seems King is one of the few directors who know how to harness his charm. In today's overly sexualized, obvious world, Wild Orchid stands out as an erotic classic.
